As a matter of fact, playing sports teaches life lessons like discipline, responsibility, self-confidence, accountability, and teamwork. Studies have shown that exercise increases blood flow to the brain and helps the body build more connections between nerves, leading to increased concentration, enhanced memory, stimulated creativity, and better-developed problem solving skills. In short, playing sports helps your brain grow and makes it work better.So, We organise many sport events to ensure students better development.

            Our Student also participated in various sports and cultural events organised by TNTEU, and our College Athletes represented our college at the District and Zonal level Sports meet. Our Second year students Abishek and Devasagayam won the 1st Place in 100 mtrs and 3rd Place in Long jump respectively in the Zonal level sports meet.
